About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience in the NHS in secondary care mental health services and within my private practice. I draw on a range of theoretical models during the initial assessment process to inform an individualised treatment plan depending on the needs of the person and the goals they wish to work towards.
I work with adults from age 18 up.
