About me

I qualified as a Counselling Psychologist in 2008 and have worked therapeutically with clients since 1998. I have extensive experience working with children and adults with a range of presenting experiences including anxiety, depression, substance use, chronic pain, trauma and phobias. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with a humanistic approach and work with clients to develop their strengths and resources.
