About me

With over twenty years experience of working on the field of counseling and psychotherapy, I believe that therapy is a joint alliance that provides the space for the client to understand themselves in a clearer and more compassionate light.

Being in conflict with ourselves takes up a lot of energy. Seeing and understanding our conflicts can be an important step towards overcoming them.

My approach is psychoanalytic. It is not about getting rid of difficult and painful ideas, but instead it is to work with you to establish what lies beneath the experience of conflict or emptiness that brought you to seek help. Growth is achieved through seeing the meaning behind the anxiety or suffering.
