About me

I was awarded my Medical Degree (M.B.B S) in 1999, Membership of Royal College of Physician (UK) (MRCP) in 2005, Fellowship of Royal College of Physician (UK) (FRCP) in 2016, and MD (Res) degree from Queen Mary University of London in 2018 on completion of MD thesis after 3 years as a research fellowship at Clinical Trial Service Unit, Oxford University. I completed specialist training in Diabetes and Endocrinology from Oxford Deanery in 2013 and was appointed as a Consultant Endocrinologist at the Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I have been a consultant endocrinologist for more than10 years treating all endocrine ( hormone related) conditions, diabetes. I specialize in weight loss service as a metabolic physician.
I am leading bariatric MDT clinics and weight loss care pathway/service. I do various specialized endocrine clinics including the radio-iodine treatment for benign thyroid disease, and diabetes renal clinic. I diagnose and treat patients with all endocrine diseases, diabetes, and metabolic obesity including Thyroid, PCOS, parathyroid, adrenal glands, and pituitary disorders, medical and surgical weight loss management, including pre and post-bariatric surgery medical care.
