Hardeep is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience, helping people overcome difficulties with Anxiety and Depression. She is a specialist in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and has particular expertise in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion focused therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness based therapy.

She is passionate about supporting people during times of struggle, and works closely with her clients to establish a plan for therapy that meet's their specific needs. As a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist and CBT Psychotherapist Hardeep supports people to get on the road to recovery, to help them lead more fulfilling lives.
