About me
Mr Noel Fisher is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in lower limb surgery. Mr Fisher's NHS practice is based at Macclesfield District General Hospital, his private rooms are at The Spire Regency.
Mr Fisher graduated from Manchester Medical School in 1999 where he developed an interest in surgery. Mr Fisher completed his training in Birmingham working the the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine and at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital where he was appointed as Honorary Clinical Lecturer in 2009.
Since being appointed Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Mr Fisher has built up a practice in Foot and Ankle surgery and Knee replacement surgery.
Mr Fisher has presented original orthopaedic research nationally and internationally and published several papers on lower limb surgery in peer-reviewed literature. Mr Fisher has a particular interest in looking at functional outcomes following orthopaedic operations.
