Personal Profile
Miss Nneka Eze is a highly experienced Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon dedicated to delivering exceptional care to both adult and paediatric patients. She is known for her professionalism, excellent communication skills and compassionate approach, with many patients referred through personal recommendation. She commonly cares for several members of the same family and is committed to providing the highest standards of patient-centred treatment.
Following ten years as a Consultant ENT Surgeon at St George's Hospital, London, she now practises exclusively in the private sector across London.
Training
Miss Eze graduated from Imperial College London in 1999. She became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of both England and Edinburgh in 2002 and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS ORL-HNS) in 2011.
She completed an intercalated BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry before undertaking general surgical and higher specialist ENT training within the highly competitive South West Thames rotation. Her training included Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Evelina London Children's Hospital and St George's Hospital, providing extensive experience in both adult and paediatric ENT surgery.
Research
Research has played a significant role throughout Miss Eze's career. She has presented nationally and internationally, including multiple presentations at the Royal Society of Medicine, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications.
She completed an 18-month research fellowship in cochlear micromechanics at Columbia University, New York, where she combined laboratory research with clinical ENT training. She was subsequently awarded an MD by the University of London.
Fellowships
Miss Eze completed three advanced clinical fellowships. At Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital she undertook specialist training in Otology and Hearing Implantation, followed by a highly competitive Paediatric ENT Fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital. She also completed an international clinical fellowship at Zurich University Hospital, treating both adult and paediatric patients in clinic and theatre.
These advanced fellowships have provided exceptional expertise in the management of complex ENT conditions.
Consultant Appointment
Miss Eze received her Certificate of Completion of Surgical Training (CCST) in 2013 and was appointed Consultant ENT Surgeon at St George's Hospital in 2014, specialising in both adult and paediatric ENT surgery.
Teaching
Teaching is one of Miss Eze's greatest passions. She has extensive experience teaching undergraduate medical students, postgraduate surgical trainees and junior doctors, consistently receiving excellent feedback. She has served as an Educational Supervisor at St George's Hospital and has also been appointed to teach aspiring medical students at a local secondary school, delivering lectures and practical ENT teaching sessions. She remains committed to inspiring the next generation of surgeons.

Miss Eze is married with two children and lives in London. Outside medicine she enjoys travelling, walking and keeping fit. She is passionate about education and serves as a Governor at a local secondary school.
