Research interests

My main focus has been allergen vaccination/ immunotherapy/ desensitisation and research into the mechanisms of immune tolerance in allergic diseases

Personal interests

I am very passionate about helping patients to understand their allergies and the best way to manage them.

I am pleased to be able to offer completion of diagnosis through drug testing and food allergy challenges organised as day cases privately, a service that is unique in London and in the UK.

Awards received

July 2007- Research Exchange Fellowship – awarded by the Swiss Institute for Allergy and Asthma Research, to support an European research project funded by Global Allergy and Asthma Excellence Network (2 months duration)

Mar 2008 - Academic Visitor Fellowship – awarded by Imperial College London, Department of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (12 months duration)

April 2011- Young Investigator bursary awarded by European Respiratory Society
