About me
I qualified as a registered Osteopath in 2009, graduating from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine. SInce then I have undertaken further training in Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Fascial Taping, Ultrasound and Visceral Osteopathy and Exercise / Clinical Pilates Rehabilitation
Prior to this I worked as Sports and Remedial Therapist from 2003.
I primarily work as a structural and classical osteopath and will use a style and range of techniques that are best suited and tailored to the individual. I also provide a range of exercises and advice post treatment as I believe that your recovery is further helped by what you do.
I work with a range of patients of all ages and levels of fitness.
