About me

I am a specialist colorectal surgeon with a special interest in the treatment of haemorrhoids, peri-anal disease such as fistula and fissures, ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease and carcinoma of the colon and rectum.

I underwent specialist training at St Mark's Hospital, London and the Coloproctoscopy Units in Nottingham and Adelaide before returning to Leicester as a consultant.

I am widely published in the fields of coloproctology and have a doctorate relating to bowel cancer screening.
