About me
I am registered with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) as a fully accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I have diverse experience in the application of CBT in the fields of general adult mental health and neuropsychology within NHS services and the private sector. My specialist experience in neuropsychology was gained over 15 years through working with clients who have sustained brain injury. I can deliver tailor -made sessions according to the individual's cognitive weaknesses (e.g. memory) to ensure that they are able to benefit from CBT treatment.
