About me

I am a warm, empathic and highly skilled clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience. I use a range of therapeutic models, including ACT, EMDR and CBT to inform my work and tailor therapy in line with each individual's needs.

Areas of interest

All adult mental health problems e.g. anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD; adjusting to physical health problems; psychological assessment prior to cosmetic surgery; problems associated with attending boarding school. Can also see young people aged 16 onwards.
