About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC, with an additional qualification in Family Therapy and accreditation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
I am a British Psychological Society Registered Supervisor.
I have worked in this field for more than twenty years, both in the university sector and the NHS, across the age ranges from adolescents to older adults. My private practice is now based in Hampshire only.

Areas of interest

Therapeutic work with adjustment in young people, couples, older adults. I have a particular interest in difficulties relating to physical appearance, visible difference and body dysmorphia, and am a published author on these and related topics.
