About me
I am an Accredited Counsellor offering short and long term Person-centred/ Cognitive Behavioral/ Solution focused therapy for Depression, Anxiety and Eating Disorders.
I work to explore and improve core values and beliefs, self esteem and assertiveness in a safe and confidential setting.
I am a School Counsellor and find working with young people particularly rewarding, helping them with the pressures and expectations of todays world.
I specialise in Eating Disorders and Eating Issues and my training allows me to work with these difficult conditions.
