Completed MS-General Surgery in JIPMER, India in 1999. Subsequent specialist surgical training in the West Midlands, UK. Secured FRCS(Ed)-2001, FRCS (Glasg)- 2002 and FRCS (Gen Surg- Eng) in 2007. Fellowship in advanced laparoscopic Hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in Kings College Hospital, London in 2008-09. Fellowship in Liver transplantation, Hepato-biliary and Pancreatic surgery and Multi-organ retrieval in Royal Free Hospital, London in 2009-10. Appointed as a Consultant Hepato-biliary and Pancreatic Surgeon in 2010. Fellowship in advanced laparoscopic hepato-biliary and Pancreatic surgery in Seoul, South Korea in 2012.
