About me

A Chartered Psychologist, registered Psychotherapist, Accredited CBT Therapist, EMDR Therapist, Executive Coach and Mindfulness Teacher, specialising in a wide range of mood and anxiety problems. I work in the NHS, private practice and a global change management consultancy. I have a particular interest in integrating mindfulness and compassion based approaches in my work. My first career was in senior management in large corporates which enables me to work with a range of organisational based issues.

Areas of interest

Having come from a senior management corporate background I also specialise in work related issues, such as stress, bullying, job satisfaction and finding direction and meaning. I also use mind coaching to help clients increase their focus, performance and wellbeing at work.
Childhood developmental and adult trauma using EMDR.
