About me

I obtained my primary qualification (MBBS) from Amravati University,India in 2001. I completed my training in internal medicine in N Ireland and England (MRCP-Medicine). After working in Leeds teaching hospital as a gastroenterology registrar, I subsequently completed my post graduate training in N Ireland (MRCP-Gastro). Following this I did a fellowship in Barts and the London Hospital where I obtained experience in the management of complex inflamatory bowel diseases,capsule endoscopy,nutrition and advanced endoscopy. My current position is Consultant Physician/Gastroenterologist in Causeway hospital where I have been in post from Auguest 2014. I am the current endoscopy lead for causeway hospital and member of RCP,BSG, USG and NI IBD interest group

Inflamatory bowel disease (Crohns and Colitis), irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal pain, acid reflux ,Barretts esophagus and general liver problems
