About me
I qualified from Liverpool University in 1997 and completed my basic medical training in the Merseyside region. I spent 2 years as a clinical research fellow in Coventry whilst studying for a diploma in Orthopaedic Engineering at Cardiff University. I undertook higher surgical training as a specialist registrar in Trauma & Orthopaedics in Birmingham, West Midlands.
I obtained the FRCS in Trauma and Orthopaedics in 2010, completed my specialist training in 2011 before embarking on two Senior Fellowships to specialise in hip and knee surgery. I was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in 2013. I have a growing elective practice in specialist hip and knee surgery.
I have completed many clinical and biomechanical studies which have been presented at national and international meetings. I continue to advance surgical techniques and knowledge.
