For over 30 years I've been helping adults make sense of what's going on for them � whether that's anxiety, low mood, attention difficulties, or simply a feeling that something isn't quite right. My experience spans diverse settings and cultures, which means I'm comfortable working with people from many different backgrounds and walks of life, including those navigating pressure in demanding professional roles.
Whatever brings you here, I offer both in-person and online therapy and my aim is the same: to offer a careful, unhurried assessment of where you are and what might help. I take an evidence-based approach, but one that's always grounded in listening to you as a unique individual.
