About me

I'm a qualified and accredited counsellor and CBT therapist, working with adults, adolescents, young people and children from the age of 10 years upwards.
I am a qualified Child Psychotherapist and EMDR therapist.
I want clients to feel heard, valued and not judged and to feel that they are a good 'fit' with their therapist
Before you decide to work with me, I offer a free 30 minute session to discuss your requirements.

I have worked in the NHS, university counselling, schools, in occupational health, the Third Sector, online with children and young people and privately.

I welcome people from any background or culture and with any difficulty, for which I provide evidence-based therapy.

I have a nursing background which is often helpful for clients who have medical problems.
I work in Stockport and offer weekday afternoon and evening appointments.
