As a qualified and experienced Psychotherapist, I use a range of therapeutic techniques, in particular Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I have extensive experience in Psychotherapy through my own independent practice, TalkingPoint Therapy. I also have contracts with the NHS and Relate. My clients cover all age groups and may be both individuals and couples. I am accredited by the regulatory body BACP and the BABCP. I also offer hypnotherapy as a stand alone therapy or as an integrative part of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
