I am an Accredited Member of BACP and NCPS, and subscribe to their Ethical Framework(s). I also provide personal development coaching.

My practice is in Stoke Ferry, West Norfolk PE33, near Downham Market, King's Lynn, Ely, Swaffham, Oxborough, Mundford, Thetford.

I have been paractising as a qualified Counsellor since 2007. My aim is to try and assist people who are experiencing problems or difficulties in their lives and to enable them achieve an improved balance.

I offer remote/online sessions via ZOOM (for confidentiality - my preferred choice), by Telephone, and face-to-face (when space is available).

Online and Telephone counselling therapy is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

It is convenient for many people who are working from home, have child-care issues or perhaps find talking over video or phone more comfortable. (However, this may not always be suitable for everyone).

All available options will be discussed during our initial consultation, and offered where professionally appropriate.
