About me
I am a Registered Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also trained and qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Life Coaching and Career Guidance and I am a member of the BACP Coaching Division.
The stresses which people area experiencing today can create problems of anxiety, depression and other mental health issues; exacerbate existing conditions and put a strain upon marriages and relationships.
My varied employment history (public sector, private sector and self-employed) and my own periods of unemployment help me to be empathic to the needs of my clients. Also, my own therapeutic journey and practicing the techniques that I use has convinced me that Positive Change with the Right Support is always possible.
