About me

I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist), with full BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) accreditation. I use a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural Activation, and Mindfulness.

I have many years of experience working within the mental health and therapy field and have specialised in the practice of CBT since 2010 when I completed post graduate training in CBT at Southampton University.

I have worked in the NHS since I qualified, in private practice since 2014 and have expanded my practice in 2019, leaving the NHS to offer a more extensive range of availability to private clients. I also now work exclusively remotely, offering clients sessions via video or phone, which I have found to be incredibly conducive to a good therapeutic environment with far above average recovery rates.

I have successfully treated many people with a range of difficulties including Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Panic, Agoraphobia, Low Self-esteem, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).

If you feel you may be experiencing any of these difficulties, please feel free to get in touch. I am happy to discuss your difficulties in a warm, friendly and professionally confidential manor so you feel safe to openly explore problems with her and discuss how CBT may help you to move forward with your life free of these issues.

I specialise in the assessment and treatment of Depression; Anxiety; Stress; Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD); Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety; Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD); Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Panic; Agorophobia; Low Self-esteem and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).
