About me

I am a clinical psychologist and have been practising for over 15 years working with people with a range of mental health difficulties. I am passionate about helping people to re discover their inner peace and to alleviate emotional distress.

Areas of interest

I have worked in a specialist NHS service for 15 years. I also have extensive experience in private healthcare settings. I work with people with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, relationship problems and PTSD. I use CBT in line with NICE guidelines but also think about past experiences to understand people's current problems. Therapy is guided by each client, their goals and needs.
