I'm Charlotte, a compassionate and experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Somerset. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. I have a special interest in supporting highly sensitive people, introverts, neurodivergent people and those navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and complex family dynamics. My approach is warm, person-centred, and tailored to meet your unique needs, often incorporating creative methods like sand tray therapy. Together, we'll work towards healing, self-discovery, and living more authentically.
