About me

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist specialising in mental health having worked both within the NHS and private practice for over fifteen years.

I am an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy practitioner, working with individuals who may experience interpersonal relational difficulties and who may want to understand their patterns of relating to themselves and others better.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) and offer this therapeutic approach to individuals who may have experienced traumas that they wish to process through.

I work with both adults and older adults, having extensive clinical experience of working across this age range with people presenting with the following conditions:
