I am experienced Clinical Psychologist working in the Herefordshire and Mid Wales Borders area with an extensive background in adult mental health and emotional issues.

I have worked both in the NHS and previously in private practice on Harley Street in London.

I use evidence based models of therapy with a particular focus on developing effective ways of relating to difficulties, toward oneself, and to others.
