About me

Mr Dhar is a Consultant Ear Nose and Throat/Head and Neck Surgeon. His NHS practice is based at the William Harvey Hospital and Kent and Canterbury Hospital.

Mr Dhar graduated in medicine from Imperial College, London. He trained on the prestigious Bart's and the London basic surgical training rotation. He then went on to join the South Thames ENT/Head and Neck Higher Surgical rotation. This involved training at world renowned units such as Great Ormond Street Children's hospital and Guy's and St Thomas' hospital.
Mr Dhar became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, England in 2011.
He went on to be awarded The Royal College of Surgeons' Interface Head and and Neck Oncology fellowship at Queen Victoria hospital, East Grinstead.
He is double fellowship trained, with his second fellowship year spent at the Royal Surrey hospital , Guildford.

Mr Dhar is the Royal College of Surgeons' College tutor for Surgery and the Core Training Programme director at the William Harvey Hospital, Ashford.

He was awarded a Masters in Surgical Education from Imperial College, London and is dedicated to training the next generation of surgeons.
Mr Dhar has numerous publications in peer reviewed journals and International presentations in the field of ENT Surgery.

Mr Dhar loves spending time with his young family .He likes to keep fit, has run a marathon and wishes he had time to play golf and cricket.
