About me

I work with people seeking help with anxiety and depression. I help clients deal with loss- perhaps loss of a loved one, loss of a job or relationship breakdown
My clients are individual adults, couples and young people and I offer face to face, online and telephone counselling. Many clients opt for a hybrid approach ie sometimes face to face and sometimes online to suit their schedule. I do not ask clients to commit to the same day or time for their sessions. Busy lives and shift work need a more flexible approach in organising our appointments.
