About me
I have 25 yrs of counselling experience and have been an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) for over 15 yrs. During this time, I have gained experience of working in a variety of settings and supported individuals on a range of issues.
I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all and see you as an individual with your own unique story, circumstances and responses. I am an integrative therapist and this enables me to tailor my approach to create a model that best suits each individual client. I work with you in a confidential, non-judgemental environment so that you are free to explore any issue you choose and at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Areas of interest
I work with adults and offer 1-1 face to face, telephone and zoom counselling.
I have supported clients on a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, workplace issues, anger issues and life transitions.
