About me

I am an experienced chartered clinical psychologist offering specialist psychological therapy and CBT for a full range of difficulties that may be causing distress or interfering with your day to day life. I have spent many years successfully helping people improve their emotional wellbeing and achieve their goals, both within the NHS and privately.
My therapeutic approach is predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, however, my clinical training allows me to draw from a wide range of psychological theories to formulate individually tailored treatments. I discuss the goals for therapy with each individual client and tailor my sessions accordingly.
The therapeutic approaches I draw upon include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Compassion Focussed Therapy; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Mindfulness and
Person Centred Therapy.
