About me
Paola qualified from the British School of Osteopathy, as well as completing postgraduate diploma in Classical Osteopathy and attending postgraduate trainings in cranial osteopathy with the Sutherland College. Her approach draws from structural, cranial and visceral techniques and incorporates elements from her yoga practice, and her trainings in medical acupuncture and Bioregulatory medicine, which is an approach that incorporates complex homeopathy, psychosomatic bodywork, nutrition and acupuncture and homeopathic biopuncture to re-balance the inner regulatory ability of our bodies. She holds an MSc in Global health and Social Epidemiology from the London School of Economics where she focused on health and behavioral policy and the nutrition transition and their impact on population health.
Paola has also been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching since 2001after training with Yogaarts in Byron Bay, Australia. Her osteopathic approach is aimed at restoring function by looking at anatomy and physiology in a functional dynamic way: how we move everyday , how we feel, we eat , how we practice yoga, walk, or sit, or we hold our bags, how we hold our hearts and minds …all matters for our health.
