About me

I am a psychotherapist in private practise I specialise in the areas of:

Depression - Anxiety disorder - Eating disorders - Personality disorder - Stress management - Relationship breakdown - Domestic violence -Self Harm and substance misuse - PTSD and childhood abuse.

I have 20 years of experience working clinically with adults and young people with these issues. I work from a Person Centred perspective and from the BACP Ethical Framework. I am accredited thought the BACP.

I am also a supervisor of other therapists and provide training for Conflict Management using Transactional Analysis.
