About me

I am a senior chartered psychologist with over eighteen years experience working with a wide range of presenting problems and a diverse client group. I am registered with the British Psychological Society and the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC). I have extensive experience working in the NHS, private and charitable sectors, including the Maudsley Hospital, Combat Stress and the Nightingale Hospital. I have training in CBT, psychodynamic and humanistic therapy. As well as working with depression, anxiety and stress I also specialise in trauma focused work for PTSD, complex trauma, military trauma, childhood abuse and sexual assault. As a counselling psychologist I aim to provide a holistic approach that is integrative, confidential and compassionate.
