About me

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, poor sleep, relationship difficulties or simply feel that something isn't quite right. Therapy offers a confidential space to explore what's happening and work towards greater clarity and lasting change.

I am an accredited psychodynamic counsellor with over 20 years' experience working in both the NHS and private practice. I previously served as Clinical Lead for Talking Therapy at South Westminster Primary Care Home, supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I have been a Pilates Method Teacher for over 25 years. This experience has deepened my understanding of the relationship between emotional wellbeing and the body, bringing an additional perspective to my clinical work.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative and tailored to each individual. Together we work to understand not only current difficulties but also the underlying patterns that may be contributing to them, helping you develop greater self-awareness and more meaningful, lasting change.
