About me

I qualified as a Registered Dietitian in 2008 and have gained extensive experience working across a variety of healthcare settings, including inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, community services and rehabilitation units.
I developed a specialist interest in Gastroenterology in 2009 while working at Royal Derby Hospital and Nottingham University Hospitals. Through these roles, I built expertise in the nutritional management of a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions and complex digestive disorders. In my NHS role, I currently work at Lings Bar Hospital, providing specialist dietetic support to patients with complex nutritional needs.
I established my private practice in 2013 and work with patients experiencing a broad range of nutritional and medical conditions. I have a particular interest in gastrointestinal disorders, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), diverticular disease and Gastro-oesophageal Reflux Disease (GORD). I also support patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), coeliac disease, pancreatitis, bile salt malabsorption, malabsorption syndromes, dysphagia and malnutrition.
In addition, I work closely with the Nuffield Health Oncology team, providing nutritional support to patients during cancer treatment and throughout survivorship. My role includes helping patients optimise their nutritional status, manage treatment-related side effects, support recovery and maintain long-term health and wellbeing.
I am committed to delivering personalised, evidence-based nutritional care, working closely with each patient to improve symptoms, enhance quality of life and help them achieve their individual health goals.
