About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and am fully registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have experience of working in a Medium Secure Forensic facility and the NHS Primary Care and Mental Health hospitals. I have held a senior psychologist post in an NHS designated personality disorder service. I provide private therapy and consultation in London and Sussex. I also provide clinical supervision to other therapists and trainees. My work involves treating people with a broad variety of problems including self-harm and challenging behaviour difficulties using evidence-based therapeutic models such as Schema-focused therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, family systemic therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy.

Areas of interest

I have special interest in women's issues; couples work; life coaching; mentoring; body and image dysmorphia; Post Traumatic Stress Disorder;grief resolution; working with young people and their families; relationship difficulties; problematic life patterns; anxiety disorders; affective mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, stress; anger and self esteem issues.
