About me

I specialise in the assessment and management of psychological strengths and difficulties in children and adolescents.
My focus is on assisting young people and when appropriate their families via short term interventions, using primarily a CBT model. A very practical solution focussed approach is used, aimed at helping young people to make sense of any struggles and to develop more effective coping skills.
