About me

I have been a therapist for over 20 years, working for a number of different services, helping a wide variety of people. I worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Counsellor and Supervisor for the NHS for many years.
I have previously worked as an alcohol and drugs counsellor, in offender rehabilitation and in insomnia management.
My therapeutic work is bound by the Code of Ethics of both the BACP and the BABCP. I offer both short-term and longer term therapy to people from all walks of life, who face a wide range of difficulties. I work with adults and offer face to face or online sessions.

Areas of interest

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a BACP accredited Counsellor and Supervisor. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. I work with adults either face to face or online. No problem is too small or too big if it is affecting your ability to enjoy life.
