About me

I have over 15 years experience working for the NHS, private sector and charities with children, young people, adults, and families presenting with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, behavioural problems, developmental disorders ( such as ADHD and ASD), family and relationship difficulties. I have developed specialist skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, IFS, Systemic Family Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I am experienced in working with children and adults using all of these models, both individually and integratively. I am a trauma informed clinician.
