About me

Tracy Byrne is a dynamic and empathetic Clinic Director with over 25 years of clinical experience. As the driving force of Hackney Podiatry & Health, a multidisciplinary health clinic in London, Tracy is deeply committed to whole-person health, combining traditional podiatry with a preventive, holistic approach to patient care.

Tracy is a highly qualified clinician with extensive postgraduate training in advanced podiatric modalities. Her clinical philosophy centers on the understanding that foot health is a fundamental pillar of overall wellbeing. This perspective allows her to create highly personalised, evidence based treatment plans that address the underlying cause of discomfort rather than just the symptoms.

With a particular interest in women's health, Tracy specialises in supporting patients through the transitions of peri-menopause and menopause, integrating hormonal health and cyclical information into her podiatric care. She is also widely recognised for her work with children and neurodivergent patients, utilisng her warm, direct communication style to create a supportive environment for families.

Beyond the clinic, Tracy is a leading advocate for barefoot living and natural foot development. Tracy has worked as the key research and development Podiatrist for brands such as Vivo Barefoot, Skeanie, Bobux, and more recently London start-up Zig & Star, consulting regularly with the design teams towards developing the healthiest shoes possible for young people.

Her dedication to providing exceptional care is evident in her diverse skillset including dry needling, trigger point therapy, nail surgery, 3D foot scanning, and shockwave therapy.
