About us
Chelsea Home Physio was set up in 2012 to provide patients with a continuing care physiotherapy pathway from leaving hospital to optimising recovery at home. We have expanded to work with private GP's, consultants and physiotherapy colleagues/ clinics where we have access to gym and hydrotherapy clinics.
