About me
I am a BABCP and BACP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 20 years' experience working across the NHS, private practice, and higher education. I provide evidence-based interventions to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and related difficulties, and I take a relational approach, working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals.
I hold a particular interest in working with individuals with difficulties associated with neurodiversity, and I often integrate values-based and mindfulness approaches alongside traditional CBT. I This allows me to tailor therapy to individual needs.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health and an active researcher. My work includes leading co-produced mental health initiatives and writing books and academic papers on topics such as veteran mental health, neurodiversity, and the use of third-wave therapies to promote wellbeing. I am committed to making therapy accessible, evidence-informed, and grounded in partnership with those I work alongside. Please note that I work solely online using zoom.
