About me

Hi, I'm Sarv a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I'm based in Sidcup, Kent. I work in the clinic and via Zoom. I work with all anxiety difficulties and mood issues. I mostly use a CBT approach. I work in a time limited way, ie, mostly limited to around 15-20 sessions depending on your difficulties.
