Senior Psychotherapist and supervisor. Originally trained as RGN/RSCN, Health Visitor and in a 3 year psychodynamic training working as a psychotherapist in the NHS. Further training in Solution Focussed Therapy, MSC Cognitive Psychotherapy (CBT), Post graduate Supervision Diploma, 3rd wave CBT therapies Diploma, Couples Diploma. Also EMDR Accredited practitioner. Online Cyber Therapy Certficate, Advanced Trauma Somatic Therapy Diploma, Certificate in Understanding Autism.
