About me
Main training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, with additional training in contemporary approaches such as ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). I also use CBT strategies. I am a therapist at the Priory North London Hospital.
