About me
Mr Patel grew up in Derby and was educated in the area. He studied medicine at Sheffield Medical School, then completed his specialist training in eye surgery (ophthalmology) in Nottingham and Derby. He later gained advanced experience in medical retina and uveitis in Derby, Nottingham, and Birmingham.
He specialises in cataract surgery, including premium lens implants, as well as glaucoma treatment and YAG laser procedures. He also treats a range of eye conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, retinal vein blockages, uveitis (eye inflammation), and urgent eye problems.
