I offer Bupa customers standard cataract surgery on the Full Pathway package option at Nuffield Health Derby Hospital .
This package includes your appointments before and after surgery, as well as your surgery and mono-focal lenses. It means you won’t use up your out-patient benefit or receive any additional bills from your surgeon (or anaesthetist, if you need one) for eligible treatment.

About me
Mr Patel grew up in Derby and was subsequently educated locally. He trained at Sheffield Medical School and completed his higher surgical training in Ophthalmology in Nottingham and Derby. He underwent advanced training in Medical Retina and Uveitis in Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham.
He specialises in Cataract Surgery with Premium Lenses, Glaucoma treatments, YAG laser, Medical Retinal Diseases (including Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Eye Disease, Retinal Vein Occlusions), Uveitis (Ocular Inflammation) and Acute Eye Conditions.
