People come to therapy for a multitude of reasons and at various stages in their life. Whilst some have a vague sense of what they want, others swim in a sea of confusion and can sometimes find themselves drowning in patterns of repeated unhelpful negative patterns. Glenda's role is to help you make sense of your life, to help shift that which no longer serves you: disempowering stories from the past that keep you reliving old traumas and making choices that compromise you're well-being.
Glenda has worked all over the world, including, Japan, India, Bahamas, Italy, South America, Cambodia, Thailand, Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, Harlem, Mexico, Greece, Belize, Peru, Las Vegas, Egypt.
She will help create a safe space for you to tell the truth about your needs, hopes, and fears. She will facilitate a process that enables you to access your truth and align with your innate healing abilities. Glenda respects individuality and your right to choose and direct the course of your life. Glenda's approach is respectful, professional, and real. Patience in therapy is important, beyond perceived limitations lies a world of exciting possibilities, connected to her higher self, and therefore incorporates her true self in her much celebrated work.
Glenda has experience with clients who have experienced taking Psychedelics.
Therapy is not a quick fix nor is it a one-size-fits all. It is an agreement between client(s) and therapist to commit to the therapeutic process even when faced with discomfort or uncertainty as to where it leads. It is a journey of Self-discovery and ultimately a return to a more authentic empowered Self. Glenda's extensive experience and working with thousands of clients all over the world, certain that change is possible when we commit to the journey: Where theres a will theres certainly a way. Accessing and understanding the frequency that you are experiencing in your physical reality is key in understanding how you affect yourself and others.
